The machine is for sorting dishes placed on a tray, the tray and dishes being placed on a transporter (10) with a support for the tray (17). A component (21) inclines the tray relative to the transporter plane, so that dishes leave the tray and are transferred to a sorting area (11) formed by rotating rollers (28). At the sorting area lower end, the two main types of crockery (i.e. dishes and plates or glasses and cups) are transported away from each other by individual transport units (12,13). The rollers (28) in the sorting area are spaced to allow cutlery to fall between them to a collection compartment. |
