PURPOSE:To make a working time and process for encapsulating internal cotton unnecessary and prevent the deviation of the position of the internal cotton during wearing by a method wherein upper and lower synthetic high molecular polymer films and an air permeable sheet are welded by fusion simultaneously by high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body 4 having a triple layered structure, in which a synthetic high molecular polymer film 2A, an air-permeable sheet 3 and another synthetic high molecular polymer film 2B are laminated sequentially, is put on the lower electrode 1 of a high-frequency induction heating device to effect high-frequency induction heating of the laminated body 4 between an upper electrode 5 and the lower electrode 1 to weld a part of the laminated body 4 by fusion. An air encapsulated temperature keeping material equipped with the internal cotton is manufactured by the working process of one process, so-called welder work. The fusion welding is applied to the peripheral part of the laminated body 4 to form the laminated body 4 into a bag like configuration and permit to encapsulate air, however, dotted parts 5 of the fusion welding are preferable to be existing on the laminated body 4. The circular part 5 of fusion welding is preferable to obtain a wide communicated area 8. At least one air blowing port 10 is provided on the heat retaining material to regulate the amount of air therein. |
