PURPOSE:To improve temperature characteristics by providing an adder which adds the 1st and the 2nd difference currents together and generates a sum output current and a current-voltage converter which converts the sum output current into an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and the 2nd mutually opposite-phase currents outputted by a differential current converter 6 are supplied to the 1st and the 2nd difference current detecting circuits 8 and 11 and converted into the 1st and the 2nd difference currents there. Those 1st and 2nd difference currents have the same polarity and are outputted alternately by the 1st and the 2nd difference current detecting circuits 8 and 11 in mutually different periods. The 1st and the 2nd difference currents are summed up by the adder 13 and then converted by the current-voltage converter 14 into an output voltage, thus obtaining the output voltage which is equal in absolute value to an input voltage. Thus, detection precision and stability to temperature variation are improved. |
