PURPOSE:To easily designate various numerical control commands by inputting and storing the information of a control command peculiar to a tool at every tool to be used, and determining and outputting automatically its command, when using each tool. CONSTITUTION:A control command determining means 4 determines a control command peculiar to a tool, based on input information which has been inputted from an input device 1. Accordingly, when special control command information is inputted in accordance with each tool, a control command peculiar to a designated tool is determined and outputted automatically, prior to an output of a real working command by the designated tool, after a tool replacement command has been outputted.
