PURPOSE:To make it possible to get a wide range of change gear ratio, by widening a change gear ratio range generated by a V-belt type continuously variable transmission mechanism, through interposition a planet gear train. CONSTITUTION:A planet gear train 5 and a V-belt type continuously variable transmission mechanism 3 are interposed between an input shaft 4 and an output shaft 18. Then, a linking gear 17 which is linked to the output shaft 18, is engaged with a gear 21 which is connected to one of three elements of the plane gear train 5, and clutches 14, 23, which can fix the other two elements of the planet gear train 5, to each other, are installed. With this constitution, a wide range of change gear ratio can be obtained.
