发明名称 MAGNETIC SHIELD FOR STATIONARY INDUCTION ELECTRIC APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To remarkedly improve the shielding effect by a method wherein the magnetic shields are laminatedly arranged on the linear part of a tank for a stationary induction electric apparatus perpendicularly to the tank wall, the magnetic shields laminated in such a way as to orthogonally intersect the above magnetic shields are bent along the bending part of the tank and both are magnetically formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic shields 5 and 6 to be arranged on a linear part and an oblique part of a tank wall 4 are constituted in such a way that the laminating directions of the magnetic shields become all parallel to the tank wall 4 so that the generation losses of the shields become as small as possible and auxiliary shields 20, which are so laminated as to orthogonally intersect the magnetic shields 5 and 6 at a bending part of the tank wall and have been made easy to bend along the bending part, are arranged. Moreover, a plate thickness (t1) of this shield 20 is formed in the almost same degree as the thickness of a shield mounting member 30 and furthermore, the shield 20 is made in a construction that its lap dimension with the magnetic shields 5 and 6 is set as l1-l2 and both are magnetically coupled. Accordingly, even through a leakage flux from windings is going to invade, most of it are sucked in the magnetic shields 5, 6 and 20, the leakage to the tank wall 4 significantly reduces. As a result, the reduction in loss of the tank wall 4 and its local overheat are prevented.
