PURPOSE:To prevent a card from being used illegally by loading data from the card when the ID code read out of the card coincides with an ID code determined in a terminal machine and erasing the data of the card when load data at the end of the loading coincides with the original data of the card. CONSTITUTION:A center device 10 is installed at a general control plate, terminal machines 201-20n are installed at distribution plates such as shops which contact with the general control place, and cards 301-30n which carry data by going and returning between the center device and terminal machines are provided. A central arithmetic processing part 12 judges whether a ROM card 30 is connected or not from whether there is a detection signal from a card detection part 18 or not and when there is the card, a buffer readout control signal is supplied to the ROM card 30; when transfer condition is satisfied and the process is finished, all addresses of the ROM card 30 are outputted to an address bus and a write command signal is outputted to erase data stored in the ROM card 30. Consequently, a card where data is transferred once is prevented from using repeatedly and illegally.
