Aminocyclopenthanoic acid esters and analoguees of formula(I) and their salts and solrates are new. In (I) R1 is OH; or (a) - OR3[R3=C1-4 alkyl or -NHCOR4(R4=C1-4 alkyl) substd. ph!; (b) OCH2COR7 [R7 ph or NH2 ; (c) -A(CH2)mBR5[m=1-3; R5= C1-4 alkyl; B= -0= or -S- ; (d) -OCH2OCOR10[R10=C1-4 alkyl ; (e) -OR12[R12=C3-6 alkenyl , or (5) C1-6 alkoxy; n is 1 or 2; w is C1-7 alkylen; X is C is or trans - CH=CH=or -CH2CH2-; Y is substd. heterocyclic amino gp. or morpholino; R2 is ph substd. alkyl. (I) are endoperxide and thromboxane antagonists, and are inhibitors of bronchoconstrictior and of blood platelet aggregation and they are nontoxic at therapeutic doses.
