PURPOSE:To enable a fan to be run suitably together with an air conditioner by providing a delaying means for operating a motor of a fan for a certain time after a predetermined time-lag through a timer. CONSTITUTION:A control cam body 4 has a time-lag control section 4c and an intermittent running control section 4d for measuring time while holding a continuous running section 4a, a stopping section 4b and a time control switch 3 under the turned-off condition. The time set by said section 4c is same as the running time of an air conditioner set in sleeping. Thus, while the air conditioner is run and temperature in a room is controlled low, a timer 6 is set in the delay timer control section 4c and as fan is is not run to prevent over- cooling.
