PURPOSE:To extremely lessen the welding distortion of the outer tank by a method wherein the welding heat to be applied to the heat-insulating supporting body by transmission is reduced and the diameter of the welding connection parts is lessened by forming a vacant chamber for water circulation in the vicinity of the supporting rod of the outer tank. CONSTITUTION:A vacant chamber 7 is formed on the inner side of a heat- insulating supporting body mounting part 6a of a supporting rod 3a which is one part of an outer tank 3. A house 8 for circulating water 9 from the outside can be connected to this vacant chamber 7. At the time of welding of connecting parts 5, as the welding heat in the vicinity of the mounting part 6a of a heat-insulating supporting body 6 is carried out to the outside with the water 9 by circulating the water 9 in the vacant chamber 7 as shown by an arrow B, the welding heat to be transmitted to the supporting body 6 is reduced. Moreover, by reducing the welding heat, the welding distortion of the outer tank is remarkedly reduced as the heat deterioration of the supporting body 6 can be prevented and furthermore, the heat-insulating distance between the mounting part 6a and the welding connection parts of the outer tank can be lessened and the welding quantity becomes smaller. |
