发明名称 HOT RUNNER DEVICE FOR LAP MOLD EQUIPPED WITH GAS EXTRACTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product prominent in physical strength and accuracy easily by a method wherein gas, generated in a runner and cavity, is discharged into atmosphere at the outside of a mold through fine holes on the whole surface of a plate and a concentrated discharging port. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge heater is embedded in a hot runner manifold 11 to keep it at a given temperature. All of gas included in a plasticized material, injected from the tip end nozzle 3 of an injection unit 1, is sucked by a vacuum through fine gas discharging holes 14, located on the whole surface of a plate 12 made by powder metallurgy, which is embedded on the peripheral surface of a hot runner 13, from the beginning of the injection to the filling into a cavity 15 and is discharged into atmosphere through a discharging port 18 provided at the rear side of the plate, therefore, the gas will never remain in the whole surface of a molded product 15'. According to this method, the molded product 15' is prominent in insulating resistance, physical strength and accuracy whereby a prominent accurate molded product may be obtained without necessitating any complicated device.
