PURPOSE:To process information of each autonomous body by on-line through a communication line, by connecting a computer between different kinds, to a central computer through a protocol converting means. CONSTITUTION:Information addressed to autonomous bodies B-D from a computer 6 of an autonomous body A is delivered to a computer 1 of an information exchange center through a communication line 10. In the computer 1, a protocol conversion is executed by a protocol converting means 2 if necessary. Subsequently, this information id distributed by an information distributing means 3 to information address to the autonomous body B, information addressed to the autonomous body C, and information addressed to the autonomous body D, respectively. Next, by an information accumulating means 4, said information is classified into every local autonomous body of each address, and accumulated in an information cumulative file 16, respectively. In such a state, when a transmission request is received from each autonomous body, the central computer 1 fetches the accumulated information from the file 16, and transmits it. |
