PURPOSE:To reduce a car to a compact size and to improve riding comfortableness by disposing an elastic partition wall having an orifice pierced near the center thereof, which is concentric and intersects perpendicularly to a shaft in a rubber outer cylinder, and an elastic projecting member comprising a truncated conical rubber in the partition wall. CONSTITUTION:An elastic cylindrical partition wall 4, both ends of which are fixed to plate members 1, 2, has an orifice 5 pierced perpendicularly to the vicinity of the axial center thereof. The partition wall 4 is concentrically disposed in a rubber outer cylinder 3. A truncated conical rubber elastic projecting member 6 is fixed to the plate members 1, 2 in the partition wall 4. The cylindrical portion of the partition wall 4 which has the orifice 5 is formed thick and the adjacent cylindrical portion is formed thin, wherein the axial pre-load is applied in the no-load state, and liquid is charged in an outer chamber 7 and an inner chamber 8. In this arrangement, low-frequency vibration is damped by flow of a liquid in the orifice 5, and high-frequency vibration is kept from increasing in dynamic spring constant by elasticity of the partition wall to reduce a car to a compact size and improve riding comfortableness. |
