PURPOSE:To remove backlash without increasing the working accuracy by providing a recess and projection engaging portion for individually transmitting driving torque of clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, and closely contacting the projecting portion and the recess portion by an elastic member on receiving corresponding driving torque. CONSTITUTION:Projecting portions 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b of face members 3, 4 are inserted in inserting portions 5k, 5l and 5m, 5n of an intermediate face member 5 from both faces thereof and connected to each other. In this case, the intermediate face member 5 is automatically aligned, so that the projecting portions 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are always pressed to a step portion of the intermediate face member 5 by elastic force of a pressing metal 50 tightened by a bolt 52 through a coiled spring 51. Even if the axes of rotary shafts 1, 2 are not aligned with each other, it can be absorbed by a margin in length of the step portion of the intermediate face member 5 and a change in contact angle between the face members.
