PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of cyan color development by incorporating a specified cyan dye-forming coupler and a specified high-boiling organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains at least one of the cyan dye-forming couplers represented by formula [I] and at least one of the high-boiling organic solvents each having a boiling point of >=175 deg.C under normal pressure, thus permitting the silver halide color photographic sensitive material undeteriorative in cyan color development density and good in dispersion stability to be obtained. In formula [I], R1 is -CONR5R6, -NHCOR5, -NHCOOR7, -NHSO2R7, -NHCONR5R6, or -NHSO2NR5R6; R2 is group substitutable at the naphthalene ring; m is an integer of 0-3; R3 is a univalent organic group; and X is H or a group to be released by the coupling reaction with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent, and in formula [II], R4 is an aliphatic or aromatic group. |
