发明名称 CONTROLLER FOR CHASSIS DYNAMOMETER SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a stable control state in a controller for a chassis dynamometer system by controlling the control coefficient of a control equation automatically according to the machine inertia quantity of the system. CONSTITUTION:The driving wheels of a vehicle to be tested are mounted on a rotary roller 1 and a control based upon detection signals of a torque sensor 6 and a speed sensor 6 provided on a shaft 6 is sent to a dynamometer 2 to control force to be absorbed. Namely, both detection signals are inputted to a feed-forward control circuit 9 and an error function arithmetic circuit 10 and the dynamometer 2 operates the force to be absorbed and an error function. An error signal is sent to an IP control feedback control circuit 11 to perform arithmetic by using a control equation using a control coefficient corresponding to variation in machine inertia quantity such as the kind of the vehicle, so that the force is corrected by an addition part 12. Consequently, the system is maintained in a control state where the system is invariably stable and has superior response.
