PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the titled equipment and to improve the reliability by providing an operation section applying predetermined operation processing and a control section comprising an EEPROM controlled by the said operation section as a control means of a channel variable frame conversion section applying time slot conversion. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 4 comprising the EEPROM is used. It is controlled by an operation section (CPU) 5 applying the predetermined operation processing. The EEPROM is rewritable and nonvolatile against power failure, then the reliability is higher than a RAM and high speed read is attained. Thus, the duplicated power supply constitution for the control circuit 4 and an external storage circuit for the processing after power failure are not required.
