The title compds. (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts are new. (I) are prepd. by reacting(II) with R3X. In the formula (II), carbon atoms in piperazinyl gp. are opt. substd. with C1-4 alkyl, amino, methylamino, each carbons are substd. with one subsit. R1 and R2 forms 5 or 6 membered ring with N, may contd. =NR3 as an additional ring forming; R3 is opt. amino-substd. benzyl or (phen) acyl; X=halogen.
