The equipment has a movable drive unit (1), and a system of brushes (2) is used to scrub the asbestos surface, being positioned in a vacuum chamber (3) from which dust and fibre are sucked through a tube (4) to a micro-filter in a control unit. In the rear part of the unit can be located a television camera (7) around which a spray mouthpiece (8) rotates to apply coating sealant to the cleansed surfaces (9). The unit is connected to a control on which a monitoring screen is fitted. - The entire process follows the sequence of brushing the surface to remove dust and loose fibres, evacuation by vacuum of the removed material for filtration, application of a quick-drying binder to the cleansed surfaces, monitoring of the process by television camera. |
