PURPOSE:To improve the magnitizing characteristics controlled by high frequency by means of multi-step heat-treatment of magnetic core at the temperature not exceeding Curie temperature meeting specified requirements. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic core is held at the temperature not exceeding Curie temperature for a specified time. During the later cooling process, the amorphous magnetic core is impressed with magnetic field exceeding 0.1 Oersted to be multi-step heat-treated skipping more than three steps down to the temperature not exceeding 150 deg.C. Through these procedures, the high frequency magnetizing characteristics can be improved compared with those in the case of normal heat-treatment. |
