Plate 6 is displaced by shaft 5 mounted eccentrically on shaft 5<SP>1</SP> carried eccentrically by shaft 4 and restrained by pin 8 moving in slot 9, so that it performs an oscillating horizontal movement to displace powder from hopper 1 to fall down discharge port in successive small amounts. Surplus powder is recirculated by disc 10 secured to shaft 4 and for this purpose, passageway 16 in plate 6 is provided. Plate 6 is mounted resiliently on shaft 5 by means of nut 13 and spring 14. |
