摘要 PURPOSE:To feed air contg. mists having always specified grain sizes to a blast furnace by dividing nozzles for blowing water to blast pipes to plural sets of nozzle groups according to the rate of blowing and selectively using only the required nozzle groups. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle groups 2a-2en are connected to the inside of the blast pipe 1 from a blower to a hot stove and the water in a water tank 9 is blown via a piping 5 by a pump 8 into the pipe 1. The respective nozzle groups are constituted of, for example, the nozzle groups 2a for a min. control width (1g/Nm<3>), the nozzle groups 2b, 2c for 2g/Nm<3>, the nozzle groups 2d for 5g/Nm<3>, the nozzle groups 2e1-2en for 10g/Nm<3>. The nozzle groups 2a -2en are adequately selected according to the volume of the water required at the point of the use thereof and a required number of the pumps 8 (8a, 8b, 8c) are also used to blow the water to the pipe 1 and to control the humidity thereof. The humidity control of the air to be blast to the blast furnace is thus stably executed.
