摘要

PURPOSE:To remove disturbance in the rotation of a floppy disk by switching operation for recording/reproducing and to prevent picture quality at the time of recording/reproducing from reduction by forming a separating circuit for separating a vertically synchronizing signal from a video signal and setting up the vertically synchronizing signal separated from a still image signal as a reference signal for servo control. CONSTITUTION:The vertically synchronizing signal separating circuit 16 separates and extracts a vertically synchronizing signal from a video signal when the video signal is applied to an input terminal 1 and outputs a synchronizing signal for driving a servo motor 13. A switching circuit 17 is controlled by an output of a retrigger type monostable multivibrator 18. The multivibrator 18 is set up to a time constant having a period slightly longer than an output pulse period of the circuit 16 and holds the switching state of the circuit 17 on the circuit 16 side during the period that the output pulses of the circuit 16 are continuously applied to the multivibrator 18. Consequently, synchronous disturbance is not generated in the servo locking status to the vertically synchronizing signal during the period that a still image signal or its vertically synchronizing signal is inputted to the input terminal 1.
