PURPOSE:To obtain a desired small air flow quantity through control of a voltage between terminals of a motor and enable the heat of a heater to be effectively utilized for regenerating an adsorbent, by connecting a heater for regeneration of an adsorbent provided in a container having a drying function as a resistor in series with a motor for a blower. CONSTITUTION:In a low-output operation of a blower 5, a motor 6 is connected in series with a heater 16 to rotate the motor 6 at a low speed, and regeneration of an adsorbent 15a is started through heating by the heater 16. A coil form shape memory alloy 31 capable of contracting at about 60 deg.C and provided directly above an adsorbent container 15 contracts in response to a rise in the ambient temperature to pull a drying open/close plate 20 against a spring 23, thereby closing a drying opening part 19, and a projected part 22 pushes an open/close plate 24 upward, whereby an opening part for regeneration of the adsorbent is opened, and moisture released from the adsorbent 15a is exhausted to the exterior through slits 26. When a small air flow circuit is switched OFF, the temperature in the vicinity of the container 15 is lowered, the plate 20 is hung up to open the opening part 19, while the plate 24 is lowered under its own weight to close the opening part 18, and drying of the interior of the containing part 27 is performed. In the case of a high-output operation, the heater 16 is made to conduct by short-circuiting.
