PURPOSE:To make a user quickly detect the contents of abnormality and immediately take a measure to meet the abnormality by a constitution wherein the contents of the abnormality is indicated in characters when the continuous operation of a burner becomes impossible due to some abnormality. CONSTITUTION:When the power supply switch 13 of an operating part 12 is turned ON, a control circuit 11 starts the combustion of a burner 1 in accordance with the sequence program, which is pre-set and memorized. At this time, the present moment, the combustion rate of the burner 1, the set temperature and the room temperature are indicated on an indicating part 18. The lowering of oxygen concentration or the decrease of the amount of the flame current flowing through the flame 9 across a flame detection electrode 8 and the burner 1 below the predetermined amount is detected by an oxygen concentration detection circuit 10. The decrease of the kerosene in a fuel tank 2 below the predetermined amount is detected by a float switch 4. Further, the mixing of water with the kerosene in the fuel tank 2 is detected by a water detecting device 5. In each of all the above-mentioned cases, an abnormality signal is issued to the control circuit 11 so as to cut off the burner 1 and at the same time signals in response to the respective cases are outputted to the indicating part 18 so as to indicate in characters the respective cases such as 'check and ventilate' 'kerosene runs out' and 'water in kerosene'. |
