摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the thermal treatment capacity corresponding to load excluding ventilation load and the stable refrigerant cycle operation by a structure wherein bypass air passages, on each of which a damper is provided, are arranged respectively in an indoor air passage led in an air conditioning device and an outdoor air passage led in the air conditions device so as to control the dampers by detection signals of pressure sensors or of temperature sensors in refrigerant cycle. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the outdoor air goes down or the exhaust air rate (QRAL) decreases, the heat exchange capacity of an outdoor side heat exchanger 12 (evaporator) lowers and consequently the evaporating pressure and refrigerant temperature lower and the degree of heating becomes smaller. The detection signals from a pressure sensor 23 and a temperature sensor 22 go down below the set values, a damper I 20 is open wider so as to increase a bypass air flow rate I in order to increase the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger 12. On the other hand, when the rise of the delivery pressure and delivery gas temperature of a compressor occur, if the detection signals from a pressure sensor 25 and a temperature sensor 24 exceed certain pressure and temperature, a damper II 21 is open wider so as to increase a bypass air flow rate II in order to increase the heat exchange capacity on air side of an indoor side heat exchanger 11 for lowering the delivery pressure and delivery gas temperature of the compressor.
