PROCESS FOR PREPARING SILIBININ DERIVATIVES

Silibinin derivs. of formula (I) are prepd. by reacting II with III. In the formula n and m are 2; Alk, Alk1 and Alk2 are C1-4 alkylene or C2-4 alkenylen; M1 and M2 are H or alkali metal atom. (I) are useful for treatment of burns, liver cirrhosis, toxic-metabolic lower disease, and poisoning by fungi(parti cularly Amanita phalloides) or ovganic solvents, compared with silibinin itself. (I) have better solubility in water.
