The improvements relate to: Claim No.3 of the main patent, and consists in replacing the single unlocking "finger" of the lock bolt by a double "finger" making it possible also to unlock the lock bolt with a door key. Claims 1, 4, 10 and 18 of the main patent, and consists in adding, in the (pneumatic) base version, a second pneumatic actuator making it possible to relock the door lock with a key after closing it, and to add a fourth so-called "locking position" position to the flow dispenser. In the electric variant, a second electromagnet, and a fourth so-called "locking position" are added to the switch for controlling the system.
