The invention relates to a special construction method making it possible to build dismantlable walls or partitions, while preserving the rigidity and attractiveness of conventional buildings. The invention proposes an assembly of columns 1 and of small slabs 6, the respective shapes of which allow a perfect interlocking in order to form a smooth and continuous surface. A special design of the foot of the columns enables the latter to be wedged into the base : a pyramidal shape 2 is housed in an identically shaped hollow in the base. The inside of the small slabs, which are designed to be hollow, is filled with an insulating material 7. The method is particularly adapted for constructing dismantlable residential houses. <IMAGE>
