PURPOSE:To run or stop a bogie stably and reliably by making the magnetic body portion of the bogie and nonmagnetic body portions is front and rear of it at least equal to the distance between centers of adjacent stators and the distance between rollers of one stator respectively. CONSTITUTION:A bogie 20 run by the magnetic suction force of a linear pulse motor has a magnetic body portion 21 made of a flat plate-shaped iron core and also has preferably nonconductive, nonmagnetic body portions 22 made of a flat plate-shaped synthetic resin body, and these surfaces are finished into one plane. The bogie can be stably run on one plane by making the distance L1 between centers of adjacent stators 18 at least equal to the whole length l1 of the bogie 20 and making the distance L2 between rollers 17 in front and rear of one stator 18 at least equal to the length l3 of the nonmagnetic body portion 22 and applying a magnetically stable state an an unstable state in sequence to electromagnets 12 arranged in line.
