CONSTITUTION:A food 1 contained in a heat-resistant container 2 is heated in a high-frequency heating cooker 3 and then taken therefrom. The food 1 in the heat-resistant container 2 is kept for a given time while covering at least an opening of the container 2 with a metal sheet 4. As a result, the residual energy in the high-frequency heating is confined in the interior and the whole food 1 can be uniformly heated and prepared by the residual energy. |
