PURPOSE:To obtain a quite safe antiallergic food without fear of side effects, by incorporating a tuber of potato as an essential component with a compounding ingredient consisting of an ordinarily used food. CONSTITUTION:An antiallergic food obtained by incorporating 1-10pts. tuber of potato in a state of pregelatinized amylose or amylopectin shaped into powder, granular or other form with 0.1-5pts. compounding ingredient consisting of one or two or more ordinarily used foods selected from the group consisting of dried flour of green and yellow vegetable containing >=60mug/100g carotene, dried flour of citrus fruit obtained by removing fruit juice and dried flour of onion containing oil thereof, i.e. propyl allyl disulfide and allyl sulfide. |
