PURPOSE:To decrease friction force, generated in an eccentric bush, while to prevent a lack of oil in a compressor when it is started, by forming a recessed part, having a size smaller than that of the eccentric bush, and a recessed groove in the bottom part of an eccentric hole in the upper end of a shaft fitting the eccentric bush. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric bush 13, fitting a shaft 5a of a turning scroll 5, is inserted into an eccentric hole 12 formed in the upper end of a shaft 9. And the shaft 9 forms a recessed part 23, having a size smaller than the size of the eccentric bush 13, in a bottom part of the eccentric hole 12 while a recessed groove 24 in said recessed part 23. Consequently, a compressor, which decreases a sliding area of the eccentric bush 13 and the eccentric hole 12 of the shaft 9, smoothly turns the eccentric bush 13, and a turning radius variable mechanism is surely actuated. While the compressor, when it is started, is prevented from also generating a lack of oil in a sliding part of the eccentric bush 13 because the recessed groove 24 has a function serving for an oil reservoir.
