The invention relates to a prefabricated panel made of conventional masonry material : lightweight concrete with built-in facings or plaster; one storey high and 30 cm wide, to be installed like a palisade, by adhesive bonding of the vertical edges of the panels provided with rebates and by locking, by means of pins housed in the thickness of the wall. The composition of the palisade-type wall and the way in which the edges are installed, by means of the pins, so that they face each other perfectly, has enabled electrical ducts to be incorporated in the form of interlocking segments forming a horizontal supply band. The vertical electrical ducts, incorporated into the panels, complete the installation. The palisade-type installation and the pin device make it possible to use prefabricated corner panels, window jamb panels and overpanels. The horizontal water supply pipes are housed in a groove, behind the skirting board and are completed by vertical supply pipes for the taps. All these interdependent mechanisms create a wall with facings which are ready to be painted. <IMAGE>
