<p>PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in quality and yield by eliminating an air accumulation trouble, by providing a heat-sealing device constituting of an attachable and detachable pair of a heat and nip rollers which bonds the forefront part of the beginning of application of an adhesive layer and a cover film each other by heat sealing. CONSTITUTION:A base film 1 to which an adhesive layer has not been applied and a cover film 4 are sealed (B) each other through heating by moving a heat roller 7' whose surface has been heated at about 140 deg.C and nip roller 8' which forms a pair with the same to positions performing heat sealing respectively after a joining part of the base film 1 and cover film 4 has been passed through a laminating nip rollers 2, 2'. Involving-in of air to be generated in a part to which an adhesive layer has not been applied becomes incapable of intruding between the adhesive layer and the cover film and generation of an air accumulation trouble is eliminated by bonding the forefront part of the beginning of application of the adhesive layer 9 and the cover film 4 each other through the heat sealing.</p> |
