PURPOSE:To enable a toner concn. control operator to confirm whether toner concn. becomes controllable or not each time without measuring time by aging a developer for a prescribed time before controlling toner concn. in an electrophotographic machine. CONSTITUTION:A power supply is turned on, and when it is judged by operating steps B1 and B2, that the toner concn. control is necessary, display is turned into ''no copying'' by steps B4-B7, then, a motor is energized, and aging is executed for a time T1 set in a timer. After the lapse of T1, when a flag becomes 0, ''coyping OK'' is displayed by a step B9. The control is executed here. After the control is finished, and when a stop key is turned on, the motor is stopped. The control can be repeated by turning the start key on. The aging can be executed securely by providing such a flow, and a control executable state can be easily noticed. |
