PURPOSE:To reduce noise and vibration without the needs for large-scale pile driver by a method in which a pipe is buried under the ground, a filter is packed into the hollow of the pipe and an insert part is put between the pipe and the ground. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 is turned to excavate the ground 20 by the cutting edge 2, and the pipe 1 is penetrated into the ground while excavating the ground 20. After the pipe 1 is buried by a necessary length, and concrete 4 is packed into the hollow of the pipe 1 to secure the sufficient strength of the pile. An aperture 21 is formed between the pipe 1 and the surrounding ground and an insert part 5 having a sufficiently larger width than the aperture 21 is inserted into the aperture 21. The pile can thus be buried by a small-size, light-weight simple rotary tool and the insert tool without the needs to use large-scale driver for the pile on site.
