PURPOSE:To make it possible to mold thinly processed boiled fish paste having fine expression automatically, by packing a food ingredient into a mold member washed by water washing mechanism and transferring the food ingredient from the mold member to a receiver plate by gradual opening of a mold transporting means and a receiver plate transporting means. CONSTITUTION:A male mold 12 is inserted into a frame mold 11 in such a way that the male mold can be freely extracted and a mold member 13 in any shape wherein the male mold goes back at a top side of a mold transporting means 1 and the male mold is projected at the bottom side is attached to the means 1. A receiver plate transporting means 21 consisting of an endless chain belt 23 which synchronizes with the means 1 and rotates in the corresponding direction is approximately horizontally set in the vicinity of the bottom face of the means 1. Further, receiver plates 27 to receive a molded food b released from the mold member 13 is laid detachably from the means 21. A food ingredient a is packed into the mold member 13 set and slid on the bottom by an ingredient packing mechanism 16 and the mold member 13 after mold release is jetted and washed with water by a water washing mechanism 29. Consequently, finely processed boiled fish paste having fine expression can be automatically molded. |
