<p>PURPOSE:To improve the workability and the vibration resistance by stacking both ends of the center core on the sides of the opposing portions of the outer core with the stacking directions being aligned and fixing them, thereby making the attached bracket unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:An outer core 11 consists of a stacked square-shaped silicon steel plate 15 and square-shaped end plate 16 of magnetic material provided with a female thread portion 17, and an open magnetic path coil 12 is fixed by a bolt 18 of non-magnetic material using the female thread portion 17. The center core 1 of the open magnetic path coil 12 construct an I-shaped end plate 20 of non-magnetic material on the outermost layer of an I-shaped stacked silicon steel plate 2, a magnetic gap of about 0.1-2mm on one side is set within the magnetic circuit when combining the outer core 11. Since the face A of the outer core 11 opposite to the center core 1 is the attaching face to the portion to be attached 14, it will be possible to directly attach an ignition coil to the plane portion to be attached 14, and since the outer core 11 which is heaviest among the components is located at the bottom, the center of gravity becomes lower, improving the vibration resistance.</p> |
