PURPOSE:To make input working efficient by forming the 1st input key having a partial correcting means, the 2nd input key having a replacing means and the 3rd input key having a converting means and executing the correction or the like of inputted data. CONSTITUTION:A portable small terminal equipment is constituted of a keyboard 2 consisting of many inputs keys arranged on the front surface of a handy size body, a display, a printer, and so on. The plural input keys on the keyboard 2 consist of a ten key part 15, a sort key part 16, apparatus control keys 17, 19, and a specific function key 18. A published key 27 for converting inputs obtained by depressing input keys 20, 21, 23 or the like continuously into the Japanese 'Published unexamined patent application (showa)', 'Published unexamined utility patent application (showa)', and the Germany 'Published patent' respectively, a serial No. key 28 for converting Nos. inputted to a specific column into serial Nos. and a serial No. key 29 for newly inputting the data inputted to the specific column as they are formed on a function key 18. Consequently, input based upon correction, serial Nos. processing or the like can be rapidly executed.
