PURPOSE:To output graphics in an intermediate stage at high speed by forming a secondary graphic output means for directly hard-copying an image on a display. CONSTITUTION:A graphic consisting of lines or characters is inputted to a computer 1 through a keyboard 2 or a digitizer 3, operated in accordance with respective instructions and a graphic instruction is outputted to an image control circuit 5. The circuit 5 sends the graphic instruction to the display 6 to display the graphic at that time on the display 6 and sends the same graphic instruction to the secondary graphic output means 7 constituted of a multistylus type thermal recorder. The hard-copy of the graphic information at that time can be rapidly obtained from the means 7 by driving a switch 71 for the hard copy of the instruction.
