PURPOSE:To enable a large quantity of the same plate to be prepared rapidly and at low cost by pressing film constituting a perforated plate and piercing it physically using a die with a micro protrusion machined on the surface of a pixel-shaped convex part. CONSTITUTION:Perforated plate 1 has a thermoplastic plastic film 4 bonded to a porous support 2 through an adhesive layer 3, and is punched out on a base 6 consisting of a metal plate or a hard rubber plate from the upper surface with the film surface facing upward, using a die 8. The die 8 is provided with a pixel plate convex part 7 on the machined surface, the surface of the convex part being machined so as to provide micro protrusions. If pressing process is performed using this die, the film of the perforated plate can be pierced physically with extreme ease. Accordingly if the perforated plate is sequentially moved intermittently and regularly, it is possible to mass-produce a perforated plate of the same pattern. |
