PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and dimension of a nongravitational lowering apparatus by reducing the width of a body frame by constituting a bucket member so as to be supported by a hinge and rising-restored in the folded state on the back side. CONSTITUTION:When a material A is loaded onto a foldable bucket member 4 installed onto a belt 3 by a hinge 4a, the bucket member 4 lowers because of the gravity of the material A. Since a speed adjusting means is applied with a brake having a proper intensity, the bucket member 4 lowers, allowing the top edge contact part 4b of the bucket member 4 contacts in slidable ways with a guide rail 5 installed along one side of a body frame 1 at a nearly constant speed. Then, the bucket member 4 turns largely downward in the vicinity of a rotary drum 2 in the lower part, and discharges the material A into a discharge port 9. Then, the bucket member 4 which turns around the rotary drum 2 and shifts to the left side is folded by the weight of the bucket member 4 itself and rises, accompanied by the turn of the belt 3 accompanied with the gravitational lowering of the next bucket member 4 and shifts to an original position.
