PURPOSE:To perform decoration on a surface coating metallic sheet and also to improve durability of a coated film on the metallic sheet by forming successively a base coating layer, a patterned layer and a top coating layer on a prime-coating layer of the metallic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A prime-coating layer due to epoxy/melamine resin, etc., is provided on a metallic sheet. A base coating layer contg. at least fluorine- contained resin such as polyfluorovinylidene or both fluorine-contained resin and a coloring agent, a pattern providing layer contg. at least both fluorine- contained resin and the coloring agent, and a top coating layer contg. fluorine- contained resin are successively formed on the prime-coating layer. As a result, the decorating is performed on the surface coating metallic sheet and also durability of the coated film on the metallic sheet is improved.
