PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy on the cylindrical face of the outer periphery of a core and check piece by constituting so that the tape is fixed by being pinched in the radial direction of the core between the projecting part and gap and that no compression force in the peripheral direction is applied on the tape by the notch part and check piece as well. CONSTITUTION:The length in the peripheral direction of a check piece 14 is slightly shorter than that of a notch part 12 so that a tape 13 is not compressed in the peripheral direction. The pair of leg parts 14a, 14b extending toward the bottom part of the notch part 12 and the projecting parts 14c, 14d projecting to the external direction from these tips are provided on the check piece 14. The tape 13 is fixed to a core 11 receiving the compression force in the radial direction of the core 11 between the projecting parts 14c, 14d at the tip of the leg parts 14a, 14b of the check piece 14 and the gaps 12a, 12b of the notch part 12 which receives the projecting parts thereof. The thickness of the projecting parts 14c, 14d is set slightly larger than the value subtracting the thickness for two sheets part of the tape 13 from the width of the gaps 12a, 12b, therefore. In this way no step on the cylindrical face is caused due to the deflection because of the check piece receiving no positive force in the peripheral direction.
