PURPOSE:To enable connection with a shorter axial length and without backlash by removably connecting the casting of an outer rotor motor provided inside a drum, to said drum. CONSTITUTION:In an outer rotor motor 1, a casing 1b is fixed to a fixed shaft 1, rotatably while immovably in the axial direction of the fixed shaft 1. One end of a drum 2 is fitted over and fixed to the outer periphery of a side board 3, while the other end is removably fixed to the spigot joint 1c of the outer rotor motor 1. A bearing 4 is provided between the fixed shaft 1a and the inner periphery edge of the side board 3, to rotatably support the side board 3 centering around the fixed shaft 1a. A nut 5 is fitted over a screw formed on the fixed shaft 1a and strengthens the fitting force between the spigot joint 1c of the outer rotor motor 1 and the spigot joint of the drum 2.
