PURPOSE:To reduce such a possibility that fuel permeates a tank wall and leaks out, by interposing an intermediate barrier layer between plastic material layers via an adhesive layer, in case of a fuel tank to be formed by a parison of plastic material. CONSTITUTION:A fuel tank is molded by a parison of plastic material. And, a tank wall 1a is formed into a multilayer structure, and both inner and outer sides of the tank wall 1a are formed with plastic material layers 2a and 2b to cope with fuel A stored inside the fuel tank. In the above-mentioned structure, an intermediate barrier layer 3 for restraining the fuel A from being permeated and leaked from the tank wall 1a to the outside B is solidly molded and interposed between both these plastic material layers 2a and 2b on both sides via adhesive layers 4a and 4b. With this constitution, as securing strength of the fuel tank 1, a leakage of the fuel A to the outside B through the tank wall 1a is reducible at a rate as small as possible.
