PURPOSE:To perform a clear laser marking even for the body to be worked having cubic surface by forming the shape of a mask plate in the similar cubic shape to the surface shape of the body to be worked. CONSTITUTION:A mask plate 5 is similar to the cubic surface shape which is in uneven shape of the body 7 to be worked, and of the cubic three dimensional shape which is in uneven shape enlarged or reduced by the prescribed ratio. The laser beam 1a radiated for a concave lens 2 from a laser oscillator 1 is reflected by a reflecting plate 4 after its cross section being enlarged by the concave lens 2 and convex lens 3 and irradiates the mask plate 5. The aimed printing of the marking pattern is performed by splashing the surface material of the body 7 to be worked with its evaporation instantaneously via a condensing head 6 by transmitting only the part of the marking pattern formed on the mask plate 5. |
