PURPOSE:To effectively prevent blur through a simple structure by providing temperature difference detecting means having one end connected to the inside of a window glass of the vehicle and the other end located inside of the vehicle and actuating blur-eliminating means when the temperature difference between both ends exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A temperature difference detector 1 includes a pair of P-type semiconductor 11 and N-type semiconductor 12 having both ends located inside and outside of the vehicle, and each of the semiconductors 11, 12 is formed at both end surfaces with electrodes 13, 14. The electrode 13 is connected to one end of each of Z-shaped ejection metal electrodes 15, 16, and the other ends of the metal electrodes 15, 16 are connected to electrodes 17, 18 located inside of the window glass W. The electrodes 14 are connected through a common metal electrode 19 to an electrode 20 located inside of the window glass W. Then, a voltage proportional to the temperature difference between the inside of the window glass W and the interior of the compartment is generated, and when the value of the voltage is above a predetermined value, blur- eliminating means is actuated through a control circuit.
