PURPOSE:To make it possible to clean dirt, oil film adhering to a window glass surface at the time of wiper operation so as to make it possible to secure an excellent view at all times by forming a window wiper by means of using, as its material, thermoplastic water soluble resin including surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:This wiper consists of thermoplastic water soluble resin including surface active agent as its material. A substance made by mingling anion with nonion is used as a surface active agent and at the same time either one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, polypropylene glycol and others is used as a thermoplastic water soluble resin and uniformly kneaded together with this active agent. And further, refined lithium montmorillonite fine powder is added to this kneaded substance and then kneaded together, thereafter this is made into pellet by means of a kneading/pelletizing extruder and this pellet is charged into an injection molding machine to manufacture an expected window wiper.
